By downloading, installing, or using the Beervana app ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the app

Beervana is a free app that helps you discover and track visits to breweries in Portland, Oregon. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Account and sign-in

Some features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. We do not store your Apple ID password.

3. User data

When you sign in, we store your name and email address provided by Apple (if you choose to share them). We also store your brewery visits ("stamps") and bookmarks. You can stop using the App at any time.

4. Brewery information

Brewery details such as hours, location, and amenities are provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee it. Always confirm details directly with the brewery before visiting.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by Joe Masilotti. Brewery names and logos belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joe Masilotti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
